Following a technical problem, the secure, online prescription ordering is now working again. Any problems with other form should also be fixed

Over the coming months we will be rolling out a vascular risk screening program. This will be aimed at patients over the age of 45 who have no history of diabetes, heart disease or high blood pressure. The checks will involve a blood test and a set of simple tests including blood pressure, height and weight. With this information we can then advise on reducing the risk of developing heart disease and strokes. We will initially be aiming the program at those who are statistically more at risk of developing such conditions. We will be writing to those in the eligible group shortly.

From the 1st of April, the times and days the GPs will be working will be altering. Dr Shaffi has decided to 'drop' her Friday afternoon session, and Dr Aldous will be taking up this session. Additionally, Dr's Aldous and Benney will be swapping their Tuesday and Monday morning surgeries. The new rota wil be:-

Dr Dalzell - all day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (no change)

Dr Benney - all day Monday and Wednesday
